Asset Administrator


The IMC Asset Administrator Tool provides IMC clients with a complimentary management service. It delivers you a single source view of all your software and hardware contracts and support agreements by device, serial number and coverage date purchased through IMC Communications. It also allows you to incorporate your other software and hardware assets purchased through other sources, by just uploading the data to IMC for integration into your asset listing.

There are 2 sections to the IMC Asset Administrator:
  • The inventory section that captures every purchase a customer may have made through IMC and those that they have supplied to IMC for upload.
  • The contracts section that captures and displays both past and upcoming maintenance renewals, serial numbers and additional comments regarding maintenance agreements applicable to your assets.

IMC Asset Administrator helps you minimise over capitalisation by giving you visibility of licences deployed and those able to be harvested for redeployment.
