Lessons learnt on the rugby field have shaped this Sales Manager’s sense of fairness, team work and love of achieving goals.
As the first employee of IMC Communications , Matt has worked side-by-side with Mike Dane since 1994, building the company from the ground up.
Matt worked his way to Director of Sales; a role that sees Matt support the sales team achieve clients’ goals, directly build key relationships and spearhead business development activities for IMC Communications and its sister Knowledge Management company livepro.
Matt enjoys the process of working to understand businesses’ specific challenges. He then works alongside the IMC Communications team to provide solutions that will specifically improve each client’s situation.
livepro, the Knowledge Management program is a way to drive huge efficiencies and improvements in customer’s businesses. As Managing Director of livepro Matt is looking to continue the 100% record of successful implementations and the impressive speed at which clients experience positive results.
Known for his friendly and straight talking nature, Matt brings an integrity and positive attitude to all that he meets. Matt seeks partnerships with clients as he believes sustainable and effective business dealings arise when both parties are looking to the long-term success of the outcomes.
Matt has played professional rugby with the Waratahs, the Australian Barbarians and in England. He continues to enjoy a run in the park, but can often be found chasing after his four young children.
