Software Image and Application Deployment Team packaging - guru’s is the only thing I can think of here. "On 16 May 2002, AMP announced its intention to sell Cogent Investment Operations Limited. AMP Ltd confirmed the completion of the sale of Cogent to BNP Paribas Securities Services, on September 3rd, 2002.
In Australia and New Zealand, a critical success factor of the acquisition was to rapidly complete the IT separation from the AMP environment and the integration within BNP Paribas’ infrastructure. In parallel, the business needed to continue to focus on service delivery and business continuity. To ensure minimal disruption through this complex exercise, Cogent have decided to add a dedicated IT project management capability utilising external consultants.
IMC Communications was chosen as a cost-effective alternative to the international consulting organisations for this non standard and "hands on" project. IMC dedicated up to nine full-time staff to the Project with the technical skills and pro-active approach of all Project Managers meant this key assignment was completed on time, on budget and met all expectations."
