The IMC Asset Administrator Tool provides IMC clients with a complimentary management service. It delivers you a single source view of all your software and hardware contracts and support agreements purchased through IMC Communications by device, serial number and coverage date.  It also allows you to incorporate your other software and hardware assets purchased through other sources, by just uploading the data to IMC for integration into your asset listing. This significantly helps you minimise over-capitalisation.

The IMC Asset Administrator has two areas:

• The inventory section, which captures every purchase a customer has made through IMC and those that they have supplied to IMC for upload.
• The contracts section, which captures and displays both past and upcoming maintenance renewals, serial numbers and additional comments regarding maintenance agreements applicable to your assets.
