IMC helps Australian businesses create a Disaster Recovery (DR) plan; a comprehensive roadmap for the continuation and/or restoration of mission-critical functions during and after a disaster such as a fire, flood, storm or even a disease epidemic. We assist companies in designing, planning and implementing proven DR plans for their organisation.
Is your organisation prepared against the risk of a business-threatening systems disaster?
Disaster Recovery Centre - Homebush NSW Australia
IMC has invested in SAN and virtual server infrastructure to deliver hot stand-by virtual environments as a fail-over for our clients’ production systems. The disaster recovery centre, located at Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush, allows our clients to thoroughly prepare for sudden business interruptions. In the event of a disaster, you can use the centre to rebuild your key business systems as quickly as possible to ensure your business continues trading while the situation is being resolved.
Features and benefits include:
- 24×7 secure access – gain secure access to the centre at any time.
- Appropriate hardware – including HP servers and workstations, tape drives, network infrastructure, PABX, Internet and remote access connections.
- Secure storage – a safe location to store copies of all software, licensing details, passwords, etc., that would be required during a disaster situation rebuild.
- Non-disaster test restore sessions – customers are permitted to visit the centre as required to test their restore procedures on the exact hardware they would use during an actual event.
- Access to IMC Engineers – disaster recovery customers obtain priority access to skilled engineers for both genuine disaster situations, and test restore sessions.
