IMC provides 24/7 monitoring of your entire network, information modelling and capacity planning, can quantify the loss of productivity and simplify your network management by wrapping it all up in one monthly fee.
NetActive includes:
- Monitoring of Up/Down Status – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We monitor all the elements essential to the health and stability of your network. IMC opens access to our monitoring tools so you can see the status of your network at any time.
- Collection and Reporting on Historical Statistics - We provide a comprehensive graphing application for all managed devices. We can set useful thresholds on key graphs and then generate breach alerts that require action by IMC Engineers.
- Configuration Management - IMC collects and archives device configurations and presents them via a web-based config archive portal providing both version control and version compare features.
- Fault Management, Alerts and Escalations - When an issue has been identified, IMC Engineers take charge and follow through to resolution. This requires troubleshooting, gathering evidence, logging calls and management of third parties such as Hardware Vendors and Telcos, whilst keeping you informed via status updates.
- Preventative Maintenance Testing - Taking a proactive approach, we routinely test backup links and failover scenarios. For servers we perform test restores of backups or Virtual Machine Migrations.

IMC Technology Centre
All IMC Managed Services are driven from the IMC Technology Centre at our Homebush facility.
The Technology Centre provides secure and dependable facilities in the event of a disaster or significant business disruption.
Services such as off-site hosting, co-location, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity, backup and restore testing as well as a modern training environment are available.
Clients can install their own DR equipment in the centre, or take advantage of our range of servers, communications and IT infrastructure onsite.
